As you know, our discussions with MAXIS have been progressing with mutual trust and determination. Following our latest meetings, the third investment round has been successfully completed.

​

Within this scope, MAXIS has made a capital investment in exchange for a 20% equity stake.

​

Accordingly, the voting rights within the management have been updated as follows:

• Furkan Aldemir: 60% → 51%

• İsmet Demirci: 20% → 15%

• Sezer Yeşilyurt: 20% → 14%

 

The allocation plan for the capital investment has been determined as follows:

• Research & Development: 40%

• Team & Incentives: 30%

• Marketing & Promotion: 20%

• Office & Infrastructure: 10%

 

We believe this significant step will further strengthen the sustainable growth of our company and the empowerment of our community.
